'Celestial Bodies' is my work-in-progress animated short set in a Bangladeshi village. This photo series is an integral part of the film's mood board. I also made an animatic which you can watch here - https://vimeo.com/114632855 . I have walked through this particular night bazaar many times, both as a silent observer and a curious customer. Being from the city, I was of course always an alien to this community. Therefore, it was a good thing that the shoppers were incredibly busy in general; after a short while they didn't even notice I was there. It started to feel like an an out-of-body experience.
